Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (‘Astor Group’ or the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary Scandinavian Astor Technologies AB (‘Astor Technologies’) have today decided to implement a merger between the companies and adopted a merger plan. Upon completion of the merger, Astor Technologies will become part of Astor Group and cease to be an independent company. Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (‘Astor Group’ or the ‘Company’) will publish its interim report for Jan – Mar 2025 on Tuesday 13 May. Shareholders, analysts and media are invited to participate in a digital presentation on 19 May at 10:00 (CET) where CFO Wictor Billström will present the report. The presentation and Q&A will be held in English and will be available afterwards on the Astor Group website. Scandinavian Astor Group’s (‘Astor Group’ or the ‘Company’) announces today that all conditions for the investment in the subsea technology company Dolprop Industries AB (‘Dolprop’) which was announced on 20 March 2025 have now been fulfilled and the transaction is completed. The meeting resolved, with the required majority, on the following main resolutions. Scandinavian Astor Group’s (‘Astor Group’ or the ‘Company’) electromagnetic warfare company Oscilion announces today that the necessary regulatory approvals to begin test flights with the advanced radar jamming system, Astor IV, have been received. The test flights have now commenced and mark an important milestone in the development of the system. Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (‘Astor Group’ or the ‘Company’) will host a digital investor presentation on Friday 28 March 2025 and invites investors, analysts and media to participate. The purpose is to provide an in-depth insight into the Group’s new financial targets, M&A agenda and the background and rationale behind the directed share issue. The presentation and Q&A will be held in English and will be available afterwards on the Astor Group website. N.B.
