Dual listing of Scandinavian Astor Group’s shares on Boerse Stuttgart begins today

Astor Group begins today its first day of trading as a dual listed company on Boerse Stuttgart and opens trading in its shares with a short listing ceremony. This dual listing is part of the Nordic Growth Market NGM AB (“NGM”) Reach programme, which leverages the primary listing in Sweden and makes shares primarily listed on NGM available through the ‘Nordic Growth Market’ segment of Boerse Stuttgart. The Boerse Stuttgart Group is the sixth largest exchange group in Europe with more than 2 million listed securities.
