Pål Jernhag

Experience: Pål Jernhag has extensive experience as a CFO and financial reporting expert, as well as an auditor. He works as a management consultant at ProXecutive Consultants and has been supporting Astor Group in matters related to finance, financial reporting and corporate governance since autumn 2025. Pål has held senior financial roles in several listed companies, including Ovzon and Hedera Group.

Experience: Louise has extensive experience in financial communication, corporate governance and change management in listed environments. Her previous roles include Lead Governance & Communication and Business Manager, where she successfully worked with strategic business development and internal and external communication.
Education: Louise has a Bachelors Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and has also studied economics and organisational development at Lund University.

Emelie Agnedal

Experience: Emelie has over 15 years of experience in the defence industry, spanning both supplier and government roles. Some of her previous positions were at MilDef, where she was responsible for business development strategy, partnerships, and M&A, and previously held senior sales and project leadership positions. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) in leading roles within naval command and control systems, weapon systems, and tactical data links.
Education: Emelie Agnedal holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.

Gabor Nagy
Head of Business Area: Astor Protect and interim CEO of Airsafe Sweden | Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ)
Born: 1964
Experience: Over 30 years of experience in the Swedish Armed Forces, where he concluded his career as Brigadier General and Head of the Total Defense Department at the Defense Staff. His career in the Armed Forces also includes serving as the Joint Forces Air Component Commander, Wing Commander at F17 in Ronneby, and roles at the Ranger Regiment in Arvidsjaur. In recent years, he has worked as a senior consultant in security, procurement, and management at Rote Consulting AB. Other assignments include board member at Nordic Shield Group.
Education: Extensive educational background in defense and leadership, including multiple executive and staff courses from the Swedish Defense University.

Experience: Jörgen Lindqvist has been CEO of Mikroponent since 2003. He was previously CEO of Calator-Ruckh AB (Gmbh), a company active in textile machinery manufacturing on a global scale. Jörgen Lindqvist has also been Business Controller at Emballator-Group consisting of 9 companies in 5 different countries, where he was responsible for business development, M&A process and financial control.

Fredrik Bergman

Born: 1967
Experience: Brigadier General (ret.) and CEO of Oscilion companies. Fredrik Bergman is an experienced leader with a solid background in both the Swedish Air Force and the civilian industry. Brigadier Fredrik Bergman’s most recent assignment was as Head of Test & Evaluation at the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, FMV. After 35 years of military service, he retired from the Swedish Armed Forces in August 2022. After his military service, Fredrik was Commercial Director at Savback Helicopters.
Education: Graduate of the Swedish Defence University’s Command and Control Programme and Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University in the USA.

Mats is currently a board member of VBG Group, which is listed on Nasdaq OMX, Fergas Group and chairman of the board of Construction Equipment Group. Wictor Billström has more than 15 years of experience in finance, insurance and accounting in various roles at If Skadeförsäkring, Euler Hermes, SEB and Altris. Wictor was a member of the Board of Directors of Astor Group in 2022-2023 and subsequently CFO from November 2023 to February 2026. Wictor is also CFO and board member of Lea Cares AB and board member of Upgrade Invest Nordic AB (publ), Upgrade Invest Nordic 2 AB (publ), Gotmic AB and Thulcandra Capital AB. He has also been a board member of Astor Group’s subsidiaries during his time as CFO.
