CEO Martin Elovsson sat down with Infront Direkt Studios to talk about who he is as a leader, his ambitions for the company, and where he intends to take Scandinavian Astor Group next.
In the interview, Martin describes the kind of leader he is and how he wants the group to work: “I’m not the sort of person who wants to do this on my own; I’d much rather play in a team where we set a goal together and work towards it.”
It comes back to the idea at the centre of how we operate: real strength comes from bringing the right capabilities together — across people, organisations, disciplines and borders.
“I want the outside world to see us as a company that is agile, quick on its feet and actually playing an active role in the restructuring of the defence industry.”
