Scandinavian Astor Group (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) announces that all conditions for the completion of the acquisition of all shares in the Latvian ammunition company Ammunity SIA (“Ammunity” or “the Acquisition”), including the necessary regulatory approvals, have now been met. The Board of Directors has today decided to complete the Acquisition, which is planned for November 3, 2025, with a financial effective date of November 1, 2025. The acquisition of the shares in Ammunity on November 3, 2025 means that Ammunity will formally become a wholly owned subsidiary of Astor Group.

Nordic Shield Group secures strategic order worth SEK 256 million – Astor Group´s associated company strengthens its position in infrastructure

Scandinavian Astor Group’s (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) associated company in the field of security-classified structures, Nordic Shield Group AB (“NSG”), has received an order worth approximately SEK 256 million through its wholly owned subsidiary NEZ AB (“NEZ”). The order is for technical premises for a company in the Western world. The revenue will be recognized in the report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and will be reported on an ongoing basis with preliminary final delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Scandiflash enters into cooperation with Pulse MC2 regarding sales of Doppler radar systems

Scandinavian Astor Group (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) announces that its subsidiary Scandiflash AB (“Scandiflash”) has entered into a cooperation agreement with Pulse MC2, the official European distributor for INFINITION and its Doppler radar systems. Under the agreement, Scandiflash is appointed as sub-distributor for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, with responsibility for marketing and sales of INFINITION’s advanced Doppler radar systems in the region.

Strong quarter for Astor Group – results exceed expectations

Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) announces that preliminary results for the third quarter of 2025 are expected to exceed market expectations. The preliminary figures show that Astor Group’s EBITDA will be approximately SEK 15 million, compared with SEK -3.9 million in the same quarter last year. At the same time, earnings before tax are expected to be approximately SEK 3 million, compared with SEK -8.3 million in the corresponding period last year. Sales during the quarter amounted to approximately SEK 79 million.

Scandinavian Astor Group merges subsidiary

Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) together with its wholly owned subsidiaries Marstrom Composite AB (“Marstrom”) and JPC Composite AB (“JPC”) have decided implement a merger, whereby JPC will be absorbed into Marstrom. A merger plan has been adopted and the merger will take effect after customary registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. JPC will then cease to be an independent company. Upon completion of the merger, JPC will become part of Marstrom and cease to be an independent company.

Through the acquisition of 195,000 shares, Astor Group increases its ownership from approximately 36 percent to approximately 36.5 percent in NSG. Payment for the shares will be made in cash in the amount of approximately SEK 2.3 million.

Oscilion enters into collaboration with Altris – launches Nordic sodium-ion battery for military applications

Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) announces that its subsidiary Oscilion EW Systems (“Oscilion”) has entered into a collaboration with Swedish battery manufacturer Altris, with the aim of offering the Swedish Armed Forces a new generation of robust, climate-adapted, and sustainable energy storage solutions. The new sodium-ion-based battery module, which has been developed and is manufactured in the Nordic region for Nordic conditions, is free from critical raw materials such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel, and is designed to meet military requirements for performance, safety, and self-sufficiency. The collaboration has already resulted in the first customer orders.
