Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) announces today the outcome of the shareholders’ preemptive rights in the previously announced investment in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB (“NSG”). Through the acquisition of approximately 2,830,000 shares, Astor Group will increase its ownership from approximately 30% to approximately 36% in NSG. Payment for the shares will be made in cash in the amount of approximately SEK 22,6 million. The merger of Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (‘Astor Group’ or the ‘Company’) and its wholly owned subsidiary Scandinavian Astor Technologies AB (“Astor Technologies”) has been completed. Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) announces today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 2,865,000 existing shares in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB (“NSG”). The increase corresponds to a percentage increase from approximately 30% to 36% in NSG, and payment will be made in cash. The total investment amount is approximately SEK 23 million. The order concerns security structures for a defense actor in the Western world. Scandinavian Astor Group´s (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) associated company in the field of security-classified structures, Nordic Shield Group AB (‘NSG’), has received an order of SEK 31 million through its wholly owned subsidiary Cesium AB (“Cesium”). The order concerns security structures for a defense actor in the Western world. Scandinavian Astor Group’s (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) associated company, Nordic Shield Group AB (“NSG”), has, through its wholly owned subsidiary NEZ AB (“NEZ”), received an order worth approximately SEK 35 million. The order is for a technical facility for an entity in the Western world active in the defence sector. The project will be recognised as revenue during the third quarter of 2025, with final delivery scheduled for the first half of 2026. Scandinavian Astor Group’s (‘Astor Group’ or ‘the Company’) subsidiary in advanced aviation safety equipment, Airsafe Sweden (“Airsafe”), has received orders for parachute systems from countries in the Western world. The order value is approximately SEK 68 million and deliveries are planned for 2026. Scandinavian Astor Group’s (‘Astor Group’ or ‘the Company’) subsidiary in Electromagnetic Warfare (“EW”), Oscilion EW Systems, has received an order for, among other things, the drone jammer Eclipse from a country in the Western world. The order value is approximately SEK 15 million and deliveries are scheduled for 2025.
